Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mber Digital handles information when you visit Printrivo, create an account, use its tools, or contact support. For privacy requests, email info@mberdigital.com.
Account information and service operation
Mber Digital uses your name, email, account credentials, and subscription status to operate your Printrivo account and manage access.
Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords. We use account, authentication, and subscription records to sign you in, protect your account, provide support, and determine access to subscribed tools. Hosting and application logs may include IP addresses, request details, timestamps, and errors for security and troubleshooting.
Artwork and tool content
How content is processed depends on the tool. Image Studio edits run in your browser. Gang Sheet Builder sends artwork to our server for image inspection. QR Generator processes the content you submit on our server, and custom QR logos are stored on the server with access restricted to your session. Do not assume that all tool content stays on your device. Keep your own copies of artwork and exports.
Payment setup
PayPal collects and handles your payment method. Printrivo stores subscription references, a PayPal payer identifier, billing amounts, dates, and status. We do not collect card details in the signup form.
Signup notifications
When you create an account, we send an internal notification to Mber Digital containing your name, email address, account identifier, signup time, and whether you saved the Alpha promotion. This helps us monitor new registrations and provide account support. Passwords and payment details are not included.
Bug reports
When you report a problem, we email your description, the tool name, and your account email to Mber Digital support so we can investigate and reply. Your artwork is not attached automatically. Please do not include passwords or payment details.
Form security
When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA checks form submissions and artwork uploads for automated abuse. Google processes browser and device information for this service under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Printrivo sends the verification token to Google; artwork, passwords, and payment details are not included in that verification request.
Cookies and browser storage
We use session cookies for sign-in and security, a device cookie for trial eligibility, and browser storage to remember interface choices such as dismissing the Alpha banner. Blocking or clearing essential cookies can interrupt sign-in and subscription setup.
Optional Google Analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics measures visits to public marketing pages only after you accept analytics. It receives usage information such as page views, browser/device information, and interactions with trial links and tool previews, and uses cookies to recognize visits. We do not load this integration on signed-in, account, payment, or tool pages. We omit URL query strings and referrers from our configured page views and do not send account details, form entries, or artwork.
You can accept or decline without affecting the service, and change your choice using Analytics preferences on public pages where analytics is enabled. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Google processes analytics data under its Privacy Policy. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking; it does not delete information already received by Google.
Profile images
Signed-in account navigation requests a profile image from Gravatar using a hash of your email address. Gravatar also receives connection information such as your IP address. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy for its handling of this information.
Preventing repeat trials
We use a first-party device cookie, which lasts up to one year, to recognize this browser. We store keyed hashes of the device identifier, email, account identifier, and PayPal payer identifier to help enforce one trial per person. We also store a keyed hash of the IP address used for trial setup and check recent trial activity on that network.
A shared IP alone does not identify a person. Five trial reservations from one network in 24 hours temporarily limit further trial setup. Shared-device or repeat-payer matches can make a free trial unavailable; no paid subscription is started automatically in its place.
These pseudonymous trial records are retained to enforce trial eligibility, including after account deletion. The device cookie can be cleared in your browser, but this does not restore trial eligibility. We do not use invasive hardware fingerprinting or these signals for advertising.
Service providers and disclosures
Information needed to operate Printrivo is processed by our hosting and email providers and, where used, PayPal, Google reCAPTCHA, and Gravatar. These services have their own privacy terms. PayPal describes its practices in its Privacy Statement. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect accounts.
Retention and security
Account, support, and billing records are retained as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Backups and security records may remain after an account is closed. Trial-eligibility records are retained as described above. We do not promise that closing an account immediately removes every record or uploaded file.
We use access controls, password hashing, and other safeguards to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can cancel recurring billing from your subscription page. For access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email info@mberdigital.com from your account address. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your data, or complain to a privacy regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may need to be retained for billing, security, trial eligibility, or legal obligations. A privacy request does not by itself cancel recurring billing.
Changes to this policy
