Terms and Conditions

These terms describe your use of Printrivo, the print-production software provided by Mber Digital. Please read them before creating an account or approving a subscription. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Printrivo for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.

Free trial and payment setup

Eligible new members can try Printrivo free for 14 days after PayPal confirms their subscription. Payment setup is required. One introductory trial is available per person; creating another account does not create new eligibility.

Monthly billing and cancellation

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged $9.99 USD for the next month, then automatically each month until canceled. If an Alpha offer is saved, your account and PayPal approval show the applicable discounted price. Returning members without trial eligibility start paid monthly billing upon approval.

You can cancel anytime from Account → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the confirmed trial or paid period. Cancel before the renewal time shown in your account to avoid the next charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made; any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Tools and membership

Your subscription includes the Gang Sheet Builder, Image Studio, QR Generator, and all future Printrivo tools while subscribed, with no upgrade costs. A canceled paid Alpha subscription cannot be replaced at the Alpha price.

Use artwork you own or are authorized to use. Review your files and test print before production. Our workflow guidance helps you plan your work; it does not guarantee sales or earnings.

Your artwork and permitted use

You retain ownership of the artwork and other content you provide. You give us permission to process that content as needed to provide the tools you request. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, modify, print, or sell your designs.

Do not use Printrivo for unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious files, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or create additional accounts to evade trial restrictions. Printrivo’s software, branding, and website remain the property of Mber Digital or their respective owners; a subscription provides access to the tools, not ownership of the software.

Files, output, and availability

Keep your own copies of original artwork and exported files. Printrivo is a production utility, not a file-backup service. Check dimensions, resolution, transparency, colors, and QR-code scanning before committing to a production run. Results depend on your source files, settings, equipment, and materials.

We work to maintain the service, but availability and error-free output are not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, and third-party service interruptions may affect access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Account restrictions and closure

We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security threats, or ineligible subscription status. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error. To request account closure, email us; cancel your subscription separately from the subscription page to stop renewals.

Questions, billing issues, and updates

For support or a refund request, email info@mberdigital.com with your account email and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment details. We will review billing concerns without limiting any applicable consumer rights.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material billing changes will be communicated before they apply; they do not change amounts already paid for a completed billing period.

Sandbox subscriptions are for testing and do not take real payments.
